As part of their sales and marketing research, Emaar recognized the high interest for foreign investment in Dubai real estate, especially from India. To further incentivize potential customers from India, Emaar offered a mix of investment benefits that included attractive property rates, service fee and DLD waivers plus extended payment plans. Furthermore, interested investors could enjoy a complimentary 15-day stay in Dubai during the course of their purchase process.

Trivium was appointed to develop a marketing strategy to target the audience in India with the opportunity to invest with Emaar and become an NRI. Our creative team produced a campaign series that featured prominent and upcoming Emaar properties and developments, mixed with lifestyle visuals and tactical messaging, under the campaign headline ‘Live the Dubai Life’. Resonating with an audience that coveted the very exciting ‘move to Dubai’, the campaign found great engagement in India through various channels and media that included YouTube, print and outdoor media, airport branding, digital marketing and social media.
